The Way to Coffee!

 

Good coffee is just like a friendship, strong and warm! We are Just the Beans Coffee Company! Coffee and friendship are two very important things we value in our coffee shop. We are located right in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. Our company started off with family and friends coming together, deciding to open a coffee shop. We all drink coffee everyday, and thought why not open a coffee shop doing what we love together. We wanted high quality, rich and strong coffee blends that we knew our customers would fall in love with!

There are so many reasons to love and drink coffee! I mean who doesn’t love the taste, the smell of fresh roasted coffee beans? I know I do. With many of the blends that we offer in our shop, each coffee blend comes from different places all over the world. Some of the blends we offer are a Cuban blend, Jamaican blend, French blend and our Hawaiian blend, Koa coffee! Each of our coffee beans are blended and tasting absolutely amazing. Some of these blends taste stronger than others, some are smoother, and some taste sweeter than others. I found that offering up different cultural blends of coffee from around the world is really unique to people and a fun way to try. Some of these blends I have never heard myself, but what do you know! Trying new things is always the way to go!

Our shop is open everyday of the week with hours that include 6am-3pm. On weekends, our hours are 7am-2pm. Coffee can be more of a comforting drink to people. Whether people like it hot or cold, summer or winter, it always tastes good year round. As a team, opening early in the morning we wanted to get the customers that are heading to work early. Some people like their coffees in the morning to help them wake up. Caffeine in the morning is never a bad thing! Some people do like to have a mid to late afternoon coffee, that is why we chose to close later in the  afternoon.

Once COVID-19 hit, our business did start to struggle a bit but we are still holding on hoping for the best. As a business, we are very thankful that we are still able to be working through these hard times and making money. Most of our local coffee lovers are still showing up everyday excited for their drink. We know that it will take some time to get back into the business with COVID-19 still here, but we as a team continue to still stay optimistic and keep our coffee shop and customers happy, healthy and growing!
